This was the third time and probably last to visit this place. It was better even during The pandemia. The lack of talent it’s evident and not always the business fault. The chicken “tampiqueña” was good in flavor and presentation; not so the lamb barbecue Hidalgo style (according with the menu). The meat comes shredded and that’s not the best way to serve it, because the beauty of the meat consists in getting chunks with the natural grease of the lamb that gives its special flavor; it was served on a piece of cactus swimming on a poodle of the broth that came with on the same plate, I don’t know if by accident or design. It was a disaster. The sauces are packed in plastic bottles. First time I see that. Not nice. But if you don’t pay a bit of attention to details, come and order some cocktails. Let me know later. I'd like to start with the service, everyone was friendly, polite and attentive. The food was beyond good I mean, you enjoy the flavors in a way that is hard to describe with words, the presentation of the dishes is top notch matching the great atmosphere and decorations of the place, they also offer a playground for kids, the octopus burger is amazing, and the tuetano sopes are incredible, my wife order the tortilla soup and was absolutely delicious, as for the drinks, the mixology at this place is so good! Even the aguas frescas are brilliantly made! Definitely a place to go back and try the rest...
