This place is really good. Outstanding service and very good customer service. The outside looks like a scene from a western movie. Like a set from universal studios. Has a mock up bank and a saloon and other buikdings in the back. They also have wood carriages and wagons some with bulls. The inside is also same theme with some cool items on display. We ordered a mix of meats, steak, chicken and strips of ribs. They brought out fresh chopped salsa, hot salsa, a beef broth that was excellent, guacamole, a small piece of quesadilla, home made flour tortillas and real good beans in a cup (not refried) more of a soup style. Lots of food and all was great and tender. We were there to celebrate a bday and at the end they brought out a nice dessert Mexican cookie with filling and ice cream on top. Also all the staff signed a bday card without asking for any if that. Really nice touch we will definitely be back very soon. Lastly, they have a nice selection of popular beers but also craft beers and lots if wine and hard liquor to...
Read moreFor starters, the ambiance was great. The setup was amazing. I never would have thought that an old western town feel would be right down in the center of downtown. I felt like I was in a western setting which was fun for the kids and I. The entire facility is super clean. There is staff directing you everywhere and to accommodate any or all of your needs.
Once inside after you get seated, once again the staff is there for your every need. The inside of the restaurant has that old western bar feeling. We ordered the carne asada that started with chips, guacamole and 3 kinds of salsa. Then an old fashioned garden salad. When the carne asada arrived, it was plated on a mini grill still sizzling for you to enjoy.
The level of service and attention to detail in all aspects of this restaurant pleasantly surprised me and I was impressed. Great first impression and my family will be back to enjoy again.
Oh...and to top it off , they have horse back rides in the rear near the...
Read moreIf you order la parrillada for 2 or 4 people, you get lots of food. The parrillada comes with a choice of all beef or two choices of beef cuts and chicken. With it includes diced liver in a mustard dressing, potatoes also with a vinaigrette dressing and all served with corn or flour tortillas. The beef was really tender and tasty. Also served with the meal a cup of au jus (beef broth). On the day we were there we decided to ordered skirt steak, beef tripe (very crispy), and short ribs all kept warm over a miniature grill in the middle of the table. That's not all, at the end of meal we got "Coyotas" which are included with the meal. Coyotas are a thin pastry dough with brown sugar in the middle. For all the food we got served it was a great value. The inside of the restaurant is like an old...
