On November 21st 2024 I ordered a charcoal grill online, after reading that Palacio de Hierro delivers within a few days of placing an order. After more than a week the order was still showing "in process" so I called client services. They told me that someone would call me between 15 and 25 working days to arrange the delivery. Today December 5th 2024 once again I called and was told someone would contact me within 15 to 25 working days to arrange the delivery. So, it may not be here for Christmas (it's a gift). I ordered something from Palacio de Hierro online, and the package never arrived. I tried calling their support lines multiple times but they never were available. I tried emailing them and they responded to one email and never responded again. For a brand that calls themselves premium this was the absolute worst e-commerce experience I’ve ever had. I’m now in their store, 3 months after I placed my order, in person waiting in a line of 20 people with 2 people working for over an hour to get my money back.
