My favorite studio in CDMX so far. The vibe is just the best. I personally love classes with Whitney and ‘Stretch & Sound healing’ the most, but all the teachers are great and different, so you can choose what is the best for you. And they have classes in English and Spanish.

i loved this yoga studio a lot!! went to a bunch of different classes for a week and really enjoyed all of them, even tried barre for the first time and it was a great experience! the teachers all speak english and are professionals, i loved how so small and cozy this place was, every class felt personal since its just a few people in the groups. and big thank you to Kat for resolving my situation in the beginning!:) would love...

There is something truly special about this space. The studio, the classes, the community are all incredibly warm, comforting and welcoming. The classes are taught by knowledgeable, caring instructors who genuinely care about what each person wants to get out of a class. It doesn't matter if you've never taken a yoga class before, or you're a seasoned yogi, there is something here for you. Very grateful to have...
