I’m sad to say I was very disappointed in this place. I mean, the overall place is gorgeous, great for pictures, but when it comes to the food, there was much left to fulfill the expectations. We had the fish pastor tacos as an entree, which I guess was the best part of the meal. I’d still say that $285 for three small tacos is almost an insult, at least in Mexico. I had the prosciutto croquettes, which would’ve been just ok, but there was a hair in one of them. I know this happens and I could have even thought that it has just fallen there, but it was well fried within the croquette. Of course I had to try the tuna tostada, which had some sort of sweet-sour flavor that I still can’t figure what it was (tasted like honey, IMO). I even asked the waiter on the marination of the tuna and he starting blurting random sauces (soy, sriracha, orange) and he later said that the tuna gets seared, which OF COURSE it is not. I had the raw tuna right in front of me. I just felt annoyed that the waiter tried to make things up rather than just asking someone else. My friend got the grilled salmon, which had to be returned because it was served raw. We tried to give a final chance by ordering the ferrero dessert, which was just okay and I could’ve definitely spared. In sum: just come in case you want to take pretty pictures, but have lunch...

We went here because we walked by and looked in and thought the atmosphere looked good. Beware - this is a tourist trap for sure. The food is incredibly mediocre, overpriced, and honestly not as good especially when compared to the plethora or readily available mexican food in CDMX. The service was sub par, we were often trying to get a hold of our waiter to order or ask things. They also give you what looked like stale bread and tortillas to use with the complimentary salsa, which was really bad. The cocktail I ordered (mezcal, with mango) was also super sweet, and not good. The atmosphere of the place is the only thing going for it. But since it is technically open air, the party next to us was smoking a cigar so beware that smoking is apparently allowed. This place has so much potential given the space and atmosphere, but the food, bar options, and service were just not up to par for what we...

We had the prefix Christmas menu. The first course was soup and the soup was cold. All the soups were cold and when I told the waiter he didn’t seem to care and then walked away. Then our Amin meal came and we mostly ordered the steak. It was a small medallion, not even a steak, more like a Salisbury steak covered in sauce with a tiny portion of mashed potatoes. And the was cold too. And then came desert and that was that wise desert I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was like rubber and I can’t believe anyone owning a restaurant would allow that to go out to a customer. Late but not least it was incredibly expansive and they ruined our...

This was one of the culinary highlights of my trip to CDMX! My friends and I arrived as a group of 11 (reserved before) and were stunned by the open air inner courtyard and beautiful ambiance. We asked for the kitchen to bring out 3 of anything they were most excited for us to try -- "chef's choice" we called it. The waitstaff initially was confused by our terribly broken Spanish, but became excited as we got started and we could tell they were so proud of the food and restaurant! Lots of wine, lots of repeat plates, and delicious pies for dessert. Gerardo and his colleagues were very professional, and we loved this dining experience!

The restaurant is really nice decorated, located in a nice area of Mexico City where after or before visiting the restaurant you can walk and visit some small markets or local stores. The food is most of it Mexican specialities and the quality and taste is very good. The staff is very customer oriented and friendly. I would recommend to make a reservation in order to assure that you get your table. From price is ok, if you are around and hungry don’t think twice and try it.
