The main post office in Tangier, Morocco is on Avenue Mohammed V, and in French it is called "La Grand Poste".
All I can say is that this large main post office has been remodeled on the exterior to make it look cleaner and more attractive. I have waited in lines on the inside and found that it needs a help desk with someone knowledgeable who speaks good English, Spanish and French, as well as Arabic.
This post office is now much better after it was renovated. I have befriended my local mail man so that he personally delivers letters and packages from abroad directly to my front door.
Several decades ago, if you received a package from abroad, you had to physically go to the post office, and they would open up your package in front of you to inspect the contents to determine if you could have it and that was not contraband.
