Terrasse Blvd is an exceptionally beautiful downtown café and restaurant where you may sit on any of three different levels either inside with gleaming beige marble floors surrounded by floor-to-ceiling plate glass windows or outside on two large terraces at tables covered by huge square off-white umbrellas.

Terrasse Blvd has an extensive menu: bottled mineral waters, sodas, coffees, mint, black, green or herbal teas, freshly-squeezed juices, smoothies, yogurts, complete breakfasts, omelettes, crêpes, croquets, paninis, sandwiches, hamburgers, lasagnes, pizzas, cheese cakes, ice creams, sorbets, schwarma, salads, soups, pâtés, tajines, chicken, fresh fishes, crevettes and calamari.

There is strong WiFi for use by the customers. I often stop here for a break after shopping for food items at the Marjane Market, which is located on the lower level of the Tanger Boulevard shopping mall.

Terrasse Blvd is on the very large terrace on the street level of Tanger Boulevard, which has several other restaurants and cafés.

Terrasse Blvd restaurant is a great place to enjoy a café, tea or delicious well-prepared food.

Any background music is usually kept at a low level so you are not distracted.

The waiters are efficient and friendly and usually serve your drink and food within five minutes.

It is pleasant to sit inside and relax while enjoying your meal and drink, but if you prefer to bask outside in the sunshine, you may also choose to sit at a table under a large umbrella. From there, you will have unobstructed panoramic views.

During Ramadan 2021, in April and May, Terrasse Blvd was temporarily closed and it was completely gutted of all its interior and exterior for a major re-design. On August 12, 2021, the beautiful glass-walled restaurant reopened as Terrasse Blvd.

Among the improvements was the addition of central air-conditioning, but for some unknown reason it is not always turned on, even on warm or hot days.

During summer months, Terrasse Blvd can be warm and stuffy inside. When I asked a waiter, he said the air-conditioning was not turned on because the doors were open. It would be far better to close the doors and turn on the air rather than sit inside suffering in unbearable heat and continuous discomfort. Who could possibly enjoy their meal in stifling heat with no fresh air.

You can see clearly the Port de Tanger Ville, Tanja Marina Bay, the Médina and Kasbah, as well as Mnar, Malabata and the mountains of Andalucía and Tarifa, Spain, across the Strait of Gibraltar, all viewed through walls of 9-feet high plate-glass windows.

Three different levels are accessed through interior and exterior marble staircases with polished handrails. Two modern toilets, one for men and one for women, and the well-equipped kitchen are on the lower level.

If you are looking for a pleasant café and restaurant in downtown Tangier, you definitely must try Terrasse Blvd located on the terrace of Tanger Boulevard shopping complex on Avenue Mohammed V.

Why go out to café-restaurants such as RR Ice, Cappuccino or La Vue in distant Malabata when you can be downtown in such a beautiful place as Terrasse Blvd with its fabulous ocean views, delicious food and relax in a deluxe atmosphere?

Terrasse Blvd is an extraordinary addition to downtown Tangier's many cafés and restaurants. The prices increased slightly after the renovation, but Terrasse Blvd is well worth patronizing for its views and atmosphere and, of course, the food.

Every Friday, Terrasse Blvd a delicious and generous chicken or beef...

BUGS IN FOOD - This was the worst restaurant I have been to in tangier. Looked good from the pictures and reviews so I thought why not try it out, on arrival the setting was nice however things took a quick turn. The guy serving us was extremely rude, he had no smile and no expression which was strange. We ordered and My boyfriend’s burger came, as he was about to take a bit we noticed on the bottom of the bun there was a big roach squashed in the bread. We told our waiter and he seemed almost pissed off at us like we were making his job harder or something, he snatched the burger away without saying a word to us, no apology nothing. It took us having to get up to ask somebody what is going on. Customer service was absolutely terrible, and the fact they have bugs in the food at a restaurant is unacceptable. I dread to think how sanitary the kitchen is....

When I say this is one of the worst restaurants I visited I truly mean it. Firstly, the "chicken" pizza almost had no chicken in it and more of a margarita and even the chicken that was in the pizza tasted like wet goup Secondly, the chicken tacos that I ordered had no taste and more of a only sauce tacos because the same problem in the chicken pizza occured in the tacos the "no-taste " chicken plus the fires were cold and some were wobly like they were emerged in the water Lastly, the service was a bit rude not totally they respect the elderly and that's why I gave two stars The only good thing there was the view and the breeze in the outside but nothing else inside the building...
