Not a Good Experience
Reception: I encountered four different receptionists during my stay. While three were polite and helpful, one was extremely rude. I had planned for a late checkout and informed the first receptionist in advance, agreeing to pay the extra fee (which was 50% of the room price for just four additional hours). However, another receptionist later called my room and began shouting at me about the late checkout. Despite having already arranged and paid for it, his aggressive tone made the situation very uncomfortable. When I went downstairs to check out, he continued to display rude behavior, blaming me for being 10 minutes late and speaking in an unprofessional and confrontational manner. This experience overshadowed the otherwise positive interactions I had with the other reception staff.
Room: The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with an AC that worked well as a heater, which I found convenient. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage with a large wardrobe, as well as a desk and chair.
Bathroom: The bathroom was functional, with hot water readily available in the shower. However, the mirror was clearly worn out and in need of replacement. Small details like this detract from the overall experience and could easily be improved.
Seaview Misrepresentation: I booked a room advertised as having a seaview, but upon arrival, I was informed that there were no seaview rooms available. This felt misleading and disappointing.
Overall: While the stay was okay, certain aspects, especially the rude reception experience, the misrepresentation of the room, and the overcharge for a brief late checkout, negatively impacted my experience. Attention to these details would make a...
Read moreI had an an amazing stay at this hotel!! The sea view from the balcony was beautiful, many things are walking distance — the marina restaurants, the Medina museums, and even a supermarket. The staff is kind and professional. The room was very clean, there was free wifi, a mini fridge, TV and AC. The streets are very busy but the noise didn’t personally bother me, the only thing I found was missing was a cafe/restaurant inside the hotel! It would have made my stay even better and well safer in case I wanted to have a late snack or dinner, so consider buying water and some things to eat for when you’re too tired to go out early in the morning or late at night. Overall I would 100% recommend this hotel! Next time I come back to Tangier I know where I’ll be staying in sha Allah 🥰 Thanks again to the entire staff for making my...
Read moreSTAY AWAY ! The worst place I ever stayed! The AC was dripping all over the floor and they didn’t let us to change rooms because we booked the “standard double room” and the only three available rooms were triple rooms (in the begging for they told us that there no more rooms and then we saw available rooms in booking). They actually asked us to pay 300dh to change rooms (!). The manager avoided us and didn’t wanted to speak with us, they blocked us from review in booking and they were very very rude with handling the situation. Eventually, we slept in a wet room when there were vacant rooms in the property. We actually doesn’t need that much but to leave the room with the AC licking is just not acceptable. Do you self a favor and stay away from this disgusting place. Also added a picture that can’t say much but it was...
