Had a terrible experience with a lawyer who would do meetings in English, yet clearly did not have a strong enough grasp of the language to manage. In that case, it would have been best to have someone else assigned or try in Dutch. Both of those things should have been possible if the person was honest about their capabilities. The miscommunication has lead to a massive amount of difficulty in our case and could now take years to fix.
