Several signs reminding you to stay 1.5m, however, while I am checking certain t-shirts the woman working on the male clothing floor starts tidying up exactly the same t-shirts I am grabbing. Unproffesional behaviour which made me already feel uncomfortable and unsafe (the whole shop was empty, was it really necessary to check on the same t-shirt I was on?) Because of coronamaatregelen apparently only one of the changing rooms was functioning (out of 6 floors?), we were sent to these, however after waiting 15 minutes on the line, we were told the changing rooms were closed (19:40, so we just lost 15 min for nothing). So we just decided to try our items on, so again, the previous unprofessional lady, so rude, went crazy at us, sending us back to the changing room; while we tried to explain that they were closed, we were just gonna take our items with us, pay and leave. She kept on sending us to the second floor changing rooms. However she does not understand basic english language, so continued to blasphemy in dutch, she even called somebody talking about "twee stomme toeristen". 1. We are not turists and 2. We understand what you are saying. Complete lack of professionalism, manners and communication skills. Finally I started by saying Excuse me... (with the intention of asking for her name) to what whe replied I DONT WANT TO TALK WITH YOU while shaking her hands at me and speaking on the phone. Utterly ridiculous way of treating your clients, we will just not go back to this h&m. Maybe a social responsability curse or just hiring educated and kind people would help. Dissapointing. (Thursday 10th of September, at 19:30, on the men's floor. Dark haired woman with no english understanding and not perfect dutch language...

I had an absolutely awful experience at the H&M store on Kalverstraat 183. While trying on clothes, a man simply walked into the fitting room without any warning or respect for privacy. When I raised my complaint, the employee responded with a rude attitude and even threatened me, saying I had “two minutes or else.” Shocked, I asked to speak to the manager, but the person who came over (if they were even a manager) just laughed at my complaint. There was no professionalism, no manners, and zero decency shown at all.
Ladies, I strongly advise you never try on clothes here—your privacy won’t be respected, and the staff are incredibly rude. I was so upset that I threw all the clothes down and walked out. This is your loss, H&M, because I will never return. Horrible place with terrible customer service and employees!

I tried on clothes in the fitting rooms and bought a bunch of items. Just as I was leaving the store, a security guard firmly grabbed my arm, hurting me, and he dragged me to the basement of the store. He tried to be intimidating and told me I couldn't get away. He said that the employees had found tags in my fitting room (that someone had left there before me) and he was sure that I had stolen items. I was in a windowless basement room being interrogated and he finally believed me when I showed him my receipt and the contents of my bag. I'm only a small girl and this experience was extremely stressful. This is honestly disgraceful. The employees by the fitting rooms are not only incredibly rude but apparently will also falsely accuse you of shoplifting.
If I could boycott this location I would. I will never ever...
