Very disappointing breakfast! The panini was too salty, toasted dry and the chicken inside tasted bad, almost sweet (I hate food to be unnecessarily sweet). The sunny side up eggs in the English breakfast were completely overcooked and the sauce on the side salad was also sweet. The small so-called FRESH orange juice for almost €5 was absolutely not fresh and came right out of the carton! I asked extra if it would be fresh squeezed and she said yes in my face. I love fresh orange juice and absolutely HATE a industrial one. The table was so dirty and sticky and when I asked for it to be cleaned, she cleaned it wet and the breakfast was placed on the wet table instead of wiping it dry first. The order and payment method was a pain! You could just order AND pay online in advance by the QR code on the table. The payment options were a bit limited (didn’t include PayPal, ApplePay) and even paying by credit or debit card didn’t automatically work and you had to put in the details by hand. You had to choose tip (starting from 10%) in advance. I always pay good tips but especially for good service. When I have to pay tip in advance, how do I even know if the service will be good and deserving of tip? The slightly overpriced coffee was the only bit which was ok, not more than ok. I do not recommend this place for people who care about the taste and quality...

Three of us visited and all agreed the food was fantastic; however, the service was poor, which resulted in a poor atmosphere—lots of miserable, hungry patrons sitting waiting too long for their food.
From the moment we walked in, the staff were borderline rude. We ordered via QR code to avoid further discussion, but it did not allow a note area. The menu doesn't specify the bread, but as we sat at a dirty table, I could see some were white and some seeded. After ordering, I asked for white bread, to which I was sharply asked if I had an allergy—I said yes. Twenty-five minutes later, our food arrives at the same time as the table beside us, who came in a good 10 minutes after us, and my bread is seeded. I return it, and the server goes into the kitchen (which is all visible and open) and loudly growls! My sandwich is back within a minute, and it's very clear she just tipped the filling upside down on top of the fresh bread. Not helpful for anyone with a severe allergy. Thankfully, mine is a (very uncomfortable) intolerance, which is through eating and not contact. I was going to return it, but after waiting so long and being openly growled at, I thought it best to just eat...
Read moreDay: 22/07/25 - I’m never someone who leaves a bad review, but this experience really disappointed me. I arrived and wasn’t even greeted..instead, I was immediately told I had to order online (in the end, that wasn’t even necessary because his colleague came back from her break and was able to help me).
While I was waiting, they couldn’t make certain food items because a machine was apparently broken, so when customers tried to order, the girl would just immediately say: “Can’t do it, there’s something wrong with the machine.” Even though the customers just wanted to order a drink. Very rude, why would you answer like that without even knowing what someone wants? Maybe they just wanted to pay the bill?
The sandwich was okay but not warm… and it was supposed to be warm. The girl and the guy with tattoos on his neck were not welcoming. Guests want to feel appreciated and comfortable!
I’m sorry I didn’t say this in person! I’m quite shy and honestly, I just didn’t dare. This is not hate at all, just feedback. I hope...
