I recently visited this souvenir shop, and my experience was both disappointing and uncomfortable. Firstly, none of the items had visible price tags. When I inquired about the price of a hoodie, the staff initially said âŹ20, only to later claim it was âŹ45. This blatant inconsistency felt like an attempt to take advantage. To confirm my suspicion, I visited another shop nearby and found the exact same hoodie priced at âŹ20, which further highlighted the dishonesty here.
To make matters worse, the staffâs behavior was downright unprofessional. When I mentioned I was just browsing, one employee began loudly mocking me, shouting, âIâm only looking, Iâm only looking!â They then laughed hysterically and proceeded to intimidate another customer in the store. The entire atmosphere felt hostile and unsettling.
