NO price label for a so-call ‘ new flavour ‘ of Pringle, which is €5.99 , but locate on the same shelf right next to all other Pringle bottles with a price label €2.xx. A typical price SCAM, it is considered fraudulent.

Extremely rude staffs. I went back to request a receipt just 2 mins after i purchased 3 bottles of drinks and 1 pringle, because i realised it’s impossible to be 16€ totally, first they refused to provide me a receipt saying I didn’t ask for a receipt, and then they checked the system saying because the pringal is 5.99€ not 2€, then they took me to the shelves saying ‘look there’s no label to show the Pringle is €2’‘ EXACTLY! , why wouldn’t you put a label then ??? instead you put all these high price Pringles right next to the label. So I said to them ‘ why didn’t you put a correct price label then this is misleading and against the EU law’, and then one of the staffs straight away started to call me rude when I wasn’t ( this is personal attack) , so I requested the footage of the store cameras and an apology, the staff’ manager ‘ ( he called himself the manager, actually the rudest one in that shop)refused and told me to shut up and listen to him.

Anyway, I started to record their rude behaviours and conversations. Evidence recorded in my phone. Please contact me to apologise to me and my two children, and I will be providing the full video what just happened in the shop. I will be reporting this incident and sending the evidence to the office of spar company Amsterdam and Netherlands government department and kifid.nl to make an official complaint.

No label on products and place products right next to other same products on the exact same shelf to mislead consumers is one wrong do , being rude and orally attacking consumers and refusing to admit the mistakes is...

Agree with many reviewers here on staff rudeness. Yesterday evening while waiting in line, one of the cashiers called the next person up. Thinking it was me, I walked up only to find out there was actually someone else in front of me I hadn’t seen. No big deal, honest mistake I realized within 1-2 seconds. As I start walking back, the other male cashier (Aug 28th around 8-9pm) starts going absolutely crazy yelling at me to move back. I calmly tried pointing it out I thought I had been called up, he doesn’t wanna hear anything and starts yelling louder and talking me down like I was some misbehaving child. Not only completely unnecessarily (I was already moving back) but really embarrassing to cause a scene like that in public for no reason. The lady cashier who helped me was clearly uncomfortable by his attitude, explaining to me it had been a “really long day”, as it that excuses lashing out like a mistreated beast. Still, at least she was calm and wished me a nice evening, which I didn’t realize was a luxury at Spar. Is not having a bully in a front desk position...

Even 1 star they didn't deserve it. But staff working on 07.06.23 in the morning I don't know their names of course but the woman she was extremely rude to me and my mom when we just asked if they have sandwiches because we are told they are ready at 9am the day earlier. We didn't show any attitude or anything when we are told that they are not ready today but she was literally such a hateful lady I couldn't over it even after some time and first time in my life I am leaving a complain because this must be known. Anyways she was horrible I hope this will be fixed and this kind of thing won't happen to someone else and they won't start the day in such a bad wan...
