Absolutely disgusting experience, I’ve shopped at Cartier Boutiques around the world and not once have I ever been treated the way I’ve been treated here. Upon arriving to the mall, we had gone straight to Cartier. The person working the door didn’t open the door for us. Then decided to put up 2 fingers ? I don’t know if he was implying peace and bye or telling us to wait. But either or it was extremely rude. If he had any sort of business sense he would’ve opened the door. Amazing customer service by Myron Vrolijk! My wife and I came in , knew what she wanted , Myron made it all so easy and flawless. But thats not all, he went extra mile for us. Our daughter left her iPad at the store and we realized it on the way back to the hotel. He came after work and hand delivered it to us since the store was closed on Sunday and we were leaving.
