Wow! Sooooooo good! Our 4yo daughter, my wife and I had an absolute blast.
You probably need a good two to three hours to do everything. There is lots of parking onsite.
Highlight, besides the amazingly helpful staff, ptobably the truck ride. They say it bounces - it really does.
There are a few main events all of which were great. The scott village polar storm experience was fun (bring a jacket as they arnt sharing them due to covid). Penguin feeding was informative. The 4d cinema was awesome too.
One of the staff members talked us theough all of the live webcams. So interesting. One was at -72 degrees! Unbelievable.
Learnt heaps!
Oh and the cafe is reasonably priced and had some good food.
Again cant say enough about how good...

Definitely add this to the Christchurch visit, even if it kills the time after arrival or...

Penguin feeding was the guy holding 1 penguin and the rest were hidden away. Huskies were cute but it would have been nice to be able to interact with them playing in the snow. They were tied to a table and just slept the whole time. The whole place needs updating, everything is dated and the technology is past its time. Overpriced ticket, not...
