What an amazing lounge !! The food was wonderful 😋 such a great selection as a 3rd party lounge they have done a fantastic job. The ladies always seem super busy an happy to help with anything needed. They offer gluten free sandwiches an toasties on request for anyone that needs this option. Which I did an I definitely enjoyed my toasted sandwich that was beautifully presented from the chef Belle so thank you for being so accommodating. There menu changes each time I visit an I really like that. It was clean an tidy. The desk staff where polite an happy to explain anything needed they do flight announcements also!

In my visit the ladies where absolutely run off there feet with everyone pitching in to make it run as smoothly as possible I seen the chef collecting dishes an wiping tables along with keeping the buffet neat an tidy an the food well stocked .

I did notice the Bain Marie's seems to be very temperamental an would turn off the poor chef came out atleast 10 times in my visit to turn then on an try fix it.

My only negative is that maybe it's needs a update in equipment an furniture. The limited buffet could be due to lack of kitchen equipment.

Robbie and Jan were phenomenal today!! I forgot my iPad on a connecting Air New Zealand flight, and I didn't think I could get it back with my flight coming up within an hour. However, they worked together to pull off a miracle by getting it back to me with plenty of time to spare!

They didn't neglect the other guests either. Everyone was able to check into the lounge with ease, and they bent over backwards to ensure everyone was comfortable and had their needs met! Robbie would even keep an eye on the boarding process at our gates to alert us when it's time to go so that we wouldn't have to worry about that.

Much better than AirNew Zealand International lounge, but far from perfect. Service is nice and polite, you get greeted by very friendly staff. There are enough of seats available and facilities are good overall. The only disappointment is food or lack of it. Bare minimum as cheap as possible some toast bread and scrambled eggs ? You kidding me ? Ever heard of other options ? Complete lack of any dairy free , vegetarian or vegan options. Nothing to chose from. Same with coffee, there is Nespresso machine but no alternative milk options. What is this , 1990 ?
