I come here a bit to buy kimchi. They didn't have the usual one I buy so I grabbed another one and didn't realize it was vegan. I thought it tasted off, so took it straight back and kindly spoke to the owner I think he is? He pointed out that it is vegan and does taste different compared to the non vegan. He was so understanding and didn't hesitate to refund my money. Thank you SO much for your patience, understanding and kindness. You and your staff are always SO friendly, kind and helpful. Itās incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product, then be completely ignored when following up. At this point I have no idea if our order will ever arrive, and the lack of communication is pretty appalling.

I drove all the way across town to check stock, only to find nothing available, despite the website claiming otherwise. The Asian guy who owns the place didnāt care at all when I raised the issue. I do careāand hereās a review for the public, mate. Itās embarrassing that a business can get the basics so wrong: misleading online stock, unresponsive phone lines, and zero customer care.
