I love this place, and yes, I have given 5 out of 5 historically to other similar types of businesses, I mean these guys are supplying real food......real food, and I oh so appreciate that. Yes, it's been difficult for many over the last 3 years with over regulated health mandates, and it has divided a lot of us, but, I have always found the staff to be very helpful, chatty too....it's all good in my opinion. Great selection of real food. Love those chocolate brownies, especially the pieces with the crusts on them....oh yeah!!!!, noice, very noice. So thank you to the staff at Piko, and I wish you all much love and happiness, even if there are no pieces left of chocolate brownies with the crust on them...I still wish you much love and...

Piko is the most delightful kai shopping experience you could ever have. The staff always have the time to not just help you out but also strike up conversation with you that is real. They are super knowledgeable on the products they stock and the products are very well considered, stocking local, organic and sustainable choices.

Plus they have been going above and beyond with safety measures ensuring their staff and customers are as safe as possible in these ever changing times. If you are not able to shop in person they respond wonderfully to phone calls or emails.

I go into Piko occasionally for organic produce and products. For the most part, the staff is friendly. Today, my hubby went in for the first time. He asked if they have spring water. He got a very cold and quick "NO." Then upon checking out he asked the same woman "Do you guys happen to have bone broth? I didn't see any." She very rudely replied "NO. We are a vegetarian store and don't sell animal products." My hubby is early in his health journey and felt very judged for asking a simple question. Sometimes the hippy "health" community can be the most ego-driven and elitist. By the way, he bought yogurt made from cow's milk today, so Piko does sell animal products. What a shame to treat people...
