Emergency Glass — Local services in Devonport-Takapuna

If I could give a negative -5 stars, I would. This company is the worst glass company ever. Called them because we had a window glass broken due to a bird strike. It was in the evening and they sent their guy out to secure the damaged window. The guy was great did a good job ensuring the window was water tight before the repair work could be done. That is were the good service stopped. I advised them the repair costs would be covered by our insurer and gave the details to their office lady. Within a week they provided us with a quote for the repairs and our insurer sent approval for the job to Emergency Glass to proceed. Nothing happened so I contacted their office and asked for an update on when we get the repair work done and was advised by the office lady that a 50% deposit was required first, I advised that the job was covered by our insurer and they had sent the go ahead for them to get the repair done. This nonsense continued on for a few weeks. After almost a month we finally managed to have the repair work done and we are still cleaning up glass fragments from the floor and carpet in the house left behind by the guys who...
