Went yesterday to buy the bcb1000 and some patch cables. Both male staff seemed busy so when asked he pointed me in the direction. I found the box and went to the counter. At this point one staff member was on the computer. I stood at the counter waiting to be served. The other staff member by now was there. I said I would like to purchase a few things, if you’re not busy could you help me with that? He replied “possibly” I simply walked out. I drove to Epsom store and purchased the items needed. As soon as entering the staff said hello, he didn’t point me in the direction but got the pedalboard for me, made the purchase and left. Epsom store was a pleasure to deal with and complete contrast of the north shore. Over the years I’ve literally spent tens of thousands with the rock shop and predominantly the north shore branch as it’s 5 minutes from my home. Not again. Terrible customer service, the worst I’ve experienced.

I have recently brought an electric drum kit. I have to study useful youtube videos myself to assemble the kit together as the kit did not come with kit assembly guide. The kit also did not include drum sticks and module user guide. Even though it was clearly written on the Rockshop website that the three items should be in the box. I had to make a few phone calls and took time off from work to get the drum sticks today and was told that I can download the assembly guide and user guide myself online. I did not know purchasing an electric drum kit would be such time consuming and DIY process. I sincerely considered it as a very unpleasant purchasing experience...

I have been here twice in this week, Each time i was welcomed to the premises. NO one came to me as i was browsing to see if I wanted anything, I was after a cymbal pack and wanted to hear them to decide what to buy. TO SAY i was dissapointed is an understatement, I think I will buy from Sweetwater at least they want o help and cansend me to video so I van hear the cymbals.
