Went in for a 1hour physical therapy session with Jill and quick full body cryo session. Atmosphere is really nice, definitely felt relaxed as soon as I entered. Jill was open and friendly, didn't hesitate to answer the many questions I threw at her. Felt listened to during the session and received some great advice with how to minimise this back pain I've been dealing with. About cryotherapy, I was not ready for this.
