The receptionist that I spoke to had poor customer service skills and spoke in a lethargic tone. I called them asking for a quote to get a window fixed and secured as a result of a home burglary. I receive a call later that day from the glazier stating that they are on their way - not to inspect/provide a quote but to fix the window? I was only given an hour's notice before their arrival.
Glaziers wouldn't provide a quote and kept telling me 'got to talk to the office girls' when I tried to get an estimate.
I get a call a few days later to provide contact details so that I could be sent the invoice - at this point I still do not know how much I'm required to pay. The lady I spoke to was clearly trying to dodge answering my questions and respond in a way that she could end the call asap eg. 'We'll send in the invoice in a few days ok thanks bye'
Poor customer service and attitude from receptionist when booking a visit/quote Was not provided a quote when they arrived. I should also mention they sent two people? Person I spoke to a few days later was just trying to palm it off as another department's problem
I just wanted someone to advise me on the process with more than just an attempt to shrug it off as someone else's...

Explained that the window was high (about 5 m above ground) but that we had scaffolding on-site for painters and that would make the glasswork job easy. No follow up, no exact booking time and when we chased up still no time confirmed. Scaffolding now gone which turns the job from easy to a 2 person and $150 extra project. Declined job and asked for deposit back. It's Ok to be busy and it's Ok to tell people that you can't do the job, but to not tell us anything is poor - won't be back and won't recommend to...
