I booked for the glow worm caves just a day before the trip, the staff was super friendly to help me with the booking. Even though the winter special (kids free entry) was applicable only for 2pm and 7pm trip, she agreed to do that for our 10:15 trip as well.. super easy process of booking. Got the confirmation immediately.. on boarding process was awesome, the staff in the cruise were friendly. The caves were awesome.. but the glow worms were not glowing as much as I expected, perhaps they weren't that hungry ;) Loved the 10mts video presentation at the end.. my kids got to know few facts about glow worms and also got an opportunity to clarify few questions. Chakra from magic memories was super friendly.. loved the way he explained the different options of the photo package - well done Chakra - you're doing a fantastic job..

We can't even rate this review as PATHETIC is not listed! Absolutely disgusted with comments heard coming from one of real journeys bus drivers. We overheard him telling some of his Asian passengers that Maori are RACIST! Considering he works for a reputable business this is not something you would expect someone to say who is obviously employed to promote this country! I own a very successful bar & restaurant & it saddens me to think that we have people like him in positions like his....oh and by the way....I am MAORI & a very proud & successful one!!!!!! I certainly will think twice about recommending this company as I am unsure what the people I would send your way will...

Could not rate the trip to Milford Sound more highly. The 7:45am departure is more than worth the early start as both the bus and cruise were much quieter.
