I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I was served by Garry at Westgate hells pizza. He was very helpful when I was indecisive to order a side with my pizza. I received my food very fast and someone even brought it over to my table. It’s the small things, going above and beyond for customers. The atmosphere was great! Vibey, fun, great music & energy from the staff. All working hard. I was then greeted by a lovely lady who helped me out (she knows who she is and what she did) thank you guys for your awesome service. I will always be back, here...

Hells pizza experience has always been 5stars for me but this is the first time I’ve used the Westgate store. The quantity and quality of both pizzas was very poor with hardly any toppings on them both. The thin crust was like cardboard. There was 4 staff members there, no other customers and we struggled to communicate with one of their staff members (Indian descent) who had the worst English ever… the rest of the staff looked on until we finally asked for someone else to serve us as we were there 10mins with this guy and could barely...
