Booked an appointment online, but they were still 25 minutes late seeing me. I booked a pedicure with some nail art, and she obviously hadn’t read the booking because when I asked about the nail art she didn’t know what I was talking about and then denied it, so I asked her to check the booking and she saw it then. She’d already put the top coat on so put the art on top of the top coat, which isn’t great. She messed up one toe and had to wipe all the polish off and start again, and the toe was redone poorly. The top coat was applied on all toes inside the polish line, so it looked like I had ridges at the base of all my nails. Amazing service. I’ve visited Nail Magic twice, first with Cheng and second with Judy. I think the hardest part for the appointment is the language barrier, I know some Chinese but unfortunately I am not fluent, however I still come out with quality nails despite this. I usually come with inspo pics and that makes the appointment go a lot smoother. Judy was so detailed and I’m glad she used builder gel to build the apex of my nail to ensure strength, even when I hadn’t thought of it. She followed my inspo pics to a T and I couldn’t be happier.
