Worst shopping experience ever. Was at this store yesterday, approached by an older woman (could be white) who snatched the skirt I was holding and said she’d hold it at reception. Didn’t even ask me, it if was okay to hold, just snatched. I was there with my sister, (dressed tidy and causal), apart from the fact we’re not white - only fits that this happened because we’re brown. Especially seeing the way she treated other white people coming into the store.

I came shopping there a week ago with my pākeha husband and was treated very respectfully and a younger woman served me. She was kind, polite and allowed me to hold my items while browsing the store. I spent over 400$ in total at this store within the last week but I can’t see myself recommending/buying...

I'm posting my feedback immediately after reaching my home! Because I was super impressed with an excellent customer service from "Karen”, what a lovely lady and a transparent salesperson! ☺️ She was so responsive, soft spoken and straightaway came to us for help and her recommendation! Truly an asset.

I had the best customer service from Karen yesterday in Sylvia Park. She was so helpful and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Gave honest advice and matched some of my outfits perfectly. Karen figured out what I liked pretty quickly and then was able to bring me different things to try. I highly recommend going to see her for your clothing needs....
