The staff were very rude and not helpful at all had purchased an item but did not take item home had the receipt came in the next day to see if I could get the item I payed for and never took home he was not interested in helping me I stood there while he told me he checked the cameras and the item was not left behind or put back , spoke to another lady at the returns counter she could not help me either I felt judged and treated like I was making it up maybe because I was in bare feet and messy hair I have no idea why ended up going to the WHAREHOUSE STATIONARY worker explained to him why I was there and how I was treated rudely & shrugged of showed him my receipt he said he would go and look at the cameras for me and he had seen that a worker had put the item back and grabbed the item of the shelf u had paid for apologied for the WHAREHOUSE staff behaviour of not giving to hoots on my inquiry but also lieing to me and saying he checked the cameras when he did not Evan do RUDE...
Read moreThe store is good, some staff are so awesome at their job….. recently I had a horrible experience here with one female employee goes by the name Sammy who was serving me at the counter, firstly I’m loading my stuff up onto the counter while my one year 2 month old daughter strapped into the trolly is touching the eftpos machine like she does at every store we go to, the employee Sammy is having a big conversation with another employee back turned to me like I wasn’t there, she turns around and literally starts telling my daughter off yelling “no no no, no!” placing her big hands in front of the eftpos machine swishing my daughters little fingers off as though her life and work depends on it, my little girl did absolutely nothing wrong, don’t be telling someone’s child off or laying a single finger on another persons child, absolutely disgusting that was not acceptable not cool...
Read moreToday, I watched staff ignore a man who was at the counter looking for help. He was just looking for help with his cellphone. I called out to him because it was plainly obvious staff were ignoring him just hoping he’d go away. I asked where he got it from and he told me and I suggested he go there to get them to help him. He needed a charger from the sounds of it, and I saw a lot of staff in the aisles looking cas as, chatting away (as I also was looking to pick up a click and collect and no one was helping me). Basically at work to collect their pay but not doing the base minimum of helping customers. This guy could have bought an expensive charger, he just wanted his phone to work. It’s not always crap service here, but today was exceptionally bad. Kudos to the security guard who helped get my garden shed into my car. About the only plus from this...
