Last time I went here, it was Queen on Jackson. Not much has changed in terms of decor & atmosphere, but the food has changed from excellent tapas to pub food for fine dining prices. I had the Friday night special 241 zesty blush cocktail - you get two for $22, so not really 2 for 1, but more two $11 cocktails. This one was heavy on the grapefruit - in fact, it was all you could taste, so made for a very bitter drink, and not so great experience. Grapefruit is fine in a cocktail in a small amount to balance flavour, but this was way too much. Maybe a bit more raspberry in it will help. But for me, I just won't order it again. I had the tempura oysters for my entree - they initially brought out raw ones, so I had to wait for my entree to be battered and fried while my hubby ate his calamari, which was quite nice - soft, not chewy. Once I got my oysters, they were super yum! I then had the lime fish - the orange & fennel salad was divine; there were no carbs on the plate, eg: potato of some sort, but I guess you are expected to order stuff like that as a separate charged side. The fish was cooked nicely, but weirdly coated in raw bread crumbs - this made it very mushy, giving a rather unpleasant texture - it should be either golden crusty breadcrumbs or none at all. Hubby had the steak which was perfectly cooked, but very small - like a breakfast steak. For dessert, he had the sacher torte, which he said was very nice. I had the lava cake, which was also very nice. I would like to go back at least once more to try the salmon tartare, but will likely just stick to mojitos for the cocktails!

My friends and I had dinner at Martini on Jackson and we absolutely loved it. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The food was incredible — especially the seafood dishes, which were fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavour. The edamame and the bread were also standouts; simple but so delicious. The portions were generous, and every dish we tried was full of flavour and beautifully presented. On top of that, the service was wonderful — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We will definitely be returning. Martini on Jackson exceeded our expectations and gave us a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend!

Third time visiting and every dish and drink has been well made, service attentive and friendly and the ambience is comfortable enough. We enjoyed burgers, octopus, big breakfast at previous times. Tonight the scallops and squid were perfectly cooked and delicious. The lamb rack was tender and the edamame were tasty and cooked to the right softness for us. We also enjoyed beer, cider and cocktails like old fashioned. I asked for my martini to be made to my taste and I was very pleased with the result. We hope to make this one of our regular habits.

I visited Martini on Jackson Bar & Restaurant last Friday evening with friends. The main attention which is catching everyone's eyes was "shisha" with a very diffrent and unique flavors. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with dim lighting, with a good Rooftop bar and soft jazz music that made the evening feel special. Our server was polite and attentive, offering great wine recommendations and checking in regularly without being intrusive. We started with the thick-cut chips – perfectly crispy and seasoned. The Pappardelle pasta was rich and creamy, and the portion size was just right. The sacher torte was the highlight – light, not too sweet, and beautifully presented." "Only downside was the wait for the main course, which took about 20 minutes." Overall, Martini on Jackson Bar & Restaurant is perfect for a romantic night out or a special celebration. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys multi- cuisines with a modern twist and want to have a chilling...

Thanks Aman for an amazing dinner. Wow wow wow, the Gluten free scallops and calamari Amazing... the accommodations you are able to make for people with allergies, your doing well. The fries, what can I say, honestly.... normally I get fries for the partner, but these where fluffy in the centre and crispy and delicious at the same time. Omg. Want them again for sure. Your doing amazing... we will be back alot.... for the future put your menu on the gluten free apps as not many people can cater for us. My partner is not gluten intolerant and was amazed by the food delicious yum yum. The atmosphere fab, modern, open, super clean, amazing staff. Big hearts to Aman and his...
