Wouldn’t even rate one star. Terrible. My mum ordered this cake and there was a hole in the side of the cake, the colour on top wasn’t blended properly and patchy and they put it in a random delivery box that still had tape and plastic scrunched on top (who knows what else could of been in there and contaminated the cake!). The icing on top was cream instead of actual icing. My mother was beside her self and so disappointed and felt so guilty and embarrassed for the recipient . Poor, poor service. And before anyone says “we wish you could of said something in store so we could rectify this” The store was PACKED with people being served and my mum was on a time limit and had other items to pick up...

1 star being the lowest rating i can give. Purchased drinks and food today and the drinks had expired a year ago. We were made to feel as though we were in the wrong, the girl serving us instantly said she would get the manager, he stared at us through the pie warmer as the girl quickly removed the stock from the fridge, the guy reluctantly offered a refund and then we witnessed the staff sneering and looking at us as we waited for our other food. Incredibly poor service and definitely questionable quality of food since they don't even check dates on their drinks fridge. No apology offered and they acted as though we had ruined their day. I've been a couple of times and generally been disappointed. Pies are expensive and nothing outstanding. Everything else seems reasonably priced but the quality is quite underwhelming. Cookies are bland and the swiss roll was not fresh at all - the sponge was 'crispy' for lack of a better word and the cream filling was solid and incredibly sweet, unfortunately went straight to the bin when I got home.
