UK Goodies — Local services in North Island

Poor customer service. Seemed initially annoyed we interrupted her conversation with those in store before us. She laughed that my partner wanted to purchase a single lollipop for our son on eftpos & stated she couldn’t put 50c on card. Why sell single sweets when you can’t buy them with the most common form of making purchases, card? It’s 2024. I would’ve bought enough to make the minimum if she had stated it (hint, she didn’t) & not snickered at us. I see a recent review regarding an employees racist, disinformative views & agree that was the vibes we got in store & potentially why we recieved such rude “service”. Avoid BIPOC, not...

I told myself I wouldn't spend a fortune here as there are plenty of amazing things made in NZ but boy was I wrong... The moment I walked in I found so many things I had to buy!

The biggest surprise was that they had Yorkie Raisin and Biscuit (my absolute favourite chocolate bar) and M&S Percy Pigs... Which are just out of this world.

I ended up spending something close to $100 here and I don't regret...

Such a cute little shop , will definitely be going again . Didn't want to be rude and help myself to the lollies and asked to make sure they were the ones I could help myself too and the cashier was amazing , she appreciated I asked beforehand . Got some goodies for my nephews to try out as well , will be getting some keychains for my Mum...
