The lady behind the counter was extremely rude when we were trying to hire a village cruiser and play mini golf. i don't think customer service was the right choice i would recommend going to amaze and golf instead. the guy there is much nicer. definitely not going there again. it was very disrespectful behavior and customer service. i think she sees all these comments but just doesn't care. probably just about time to go to a retirement home. it was just very disappointing that you can't even get good service a hi and hello would be nice. It just puts you of from going there so much. Since the lady behind the counter was so rude when our ball got stuck we just took one because we didint want to ask just to have someone treat you badly. also she was giving us death stares while we were paying and it seemed as though she was rushing us will we were deciding if we would do both or just one. when there was clearly no one else waiting. we have never taken i.d there before and we have been there about 4-5times and still never taken i.d. and we said when she said we need ur i.d we said oh sorry we don't actually have it and she said you need it for thr village cruiser when we were clearly over 18. and she said you need your id and we said we've been here about 4-5times and never had i.d and she said ugh we make sure everyone has i.d when that is clearly not true. its just hard to find good customer...

Turned up late Friday afternoon, 40 minutes before they were due to close according to their advertised hours. The older woman running the place was closing up even though there was about 4 groups of people still playing on the course. She was pretty rude and clearly not interested in her work. She cited "nearly falling asleep all afternoon" as her reason for closing and "it was quiet until some people showed up later this afternoon". Seriously, get someone younger with more drive and energy to run the business if you want it to make money. We are in 2021, well past the era of rude, disinterested people feeling that they are doing customers a favour merely by existing. Very disappointed, but hey you won't get my money so it's your loss. The course needs a few repairs but it is still a fun way to pass the time. Unfortunately the attitude of the older lady behind the counter spoilt our experience. Our 5 year old was standing by the course looking at the holes when we signed up which was apparently not allowed. I let that pass but when we went to hire a cruiser we got more of the same so I gave her some polite but direct feed back and we walked away. I can see from these comments that others have have had similar experiences. There are other options in town and I would recommend...
