The service is good, the food was alright. I had the ribs and they weren't amazing but they were still nice. My brother had a stonegrill meal and it wasn't good because this was served at exactly the same time as me and my parents food. So his raw pork, took forever to cook and by the time he could start eating, the rest of us were almost done with our food.
With the stonegrill meal, I think it would be better to serve this out before anyone else's food, so everyone can eat at the same time. Or at least have the kitchen cook the pork a little so it isn't completely raw.
The environment here was quite awful, the restaurant was quite dark. I get that it is more a bar than anything but lighten it up a little. Especially in the booth seats. Also during the time my family and I were here trying to enjoy the new year, there was a big family outing who had many kids who would scream. Run around, screaming at their highest pitch. Which was awful and typically they would do this for fun because it made the parents laugh or to get something they wanted which the parents gave them. Which was just awful. No waitress can go up to them and ask them to be quiet because it's not their place and would possibly come off rude but the manager could go up to one of the parents and ask nicely.
Saints Cafe is really only good for a quick drink and quick bite to eat before continuing on the road...

One of the highlights of the menu is "The Challenge," a dish that lets you cook your steak to your exact liking on a hot food grade piece of granite. It's a unique and exciting experience that truly sets this restaurant apart from the rest.
But it's not just The Challenge that makes Saints Cafe so amazing. The food overall is absolutely fantastic, with every dish bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. Whether you're in the mood for steak, seafood, or vegetarian options, there's something for everyone on the menu.

Read moreOver priced and very very average pub food. Very lazy all round deliver of a hospitality offering by the owners, they need to step back up to the plate and re think why they started the place. Had the mussel pot with teeny tiny mussels and what tasted like sugar and cheese sauce. Its the little things with a 100watt light bulb burning down on us at our booth table looking across the road at New World wishing they had just walked across the road to grab a 40watt eye saver. Partner is celiac and most of the menu shows GF how ever it is not and needs to be reworked and redesigned (she ended up very sick from eating the "Gluten free" chicken skewers that must have had soy in the satay sauce) . At least our waitress was polite, honest and apologetic to all the food saying GF that wasn't. I'm not going to review the food but it was bland without any unique flair for a price which would indicate local fresh ingredients. How ever trust me its not. I have no idea how this place is as busy as it is during holiday seasons. Plus you get to enjoy a bathroom with a floor of puke. Seems the owners are very hands off and just rely on this...
