Absolutely epic experience with these legends at EB Games Queenstown! I'd like to thank Jordan, Jess, Amber, and specially Dave for doing a great job for helping me acquire my Playstation 5! I did a PS5 pre-order from Dave because he was very convincing and man he knows a lot about it which is really a super plus. Then after long days of waiting he left a message to say that it's on its way. After few days, Jes called and left a message to say that the item finally arrived which was so exciting! When I picked it up, Amber and Jordan were at the counter and patienly assisting me with my new console and other stuff that I needed with it. I love the team work! Perfect stars for these guys!!! I'm giving them 4 stars in this review because they can't do price-matching with JB Hi-fi. Not sure why but maybe they could do something about this. Example: Ghost of Tsushima costs 139 at EB Games and JB Hi-Fi sells it for 119. Because I feel strongly about companies taking advantage of customers, I am compelled to share my experience of EB Games as a company. I bought a gaming mouse from this store for about $120. The mouse turned out to be very faulty. I tried to return the mouse attempting to show proof of my purchase with a bank statement but was initially refused a refund and my bank statement dismissed on the grounds of EB Games' policies. Instead, I was only offered either a replacement or store credit.

It was only after serving EB Games with a notice of hearing by the Disputes Tribunal that they as a company began to take me seriously. This is disgusting and only shows that they were never acting in good faith and are very willing to take advantage of people who are either unaware of their rights or unable to assert their rights. If they genuinely believed that the mouse didn't come from their store, they would not have offered me store credit or a replacement in the first instance.
