Hi, service was awesome i came for a conference was completely clueless but the ladies at the store did an amazing job, however one thing they probably need to inform their customers though is that the GADEA by LODI brand stretches sooo much actually by exactly one size up. I only wore it for 2hours in a size 40 and when I reached auckland to wear it for another event i was really gutted that I no longer had any use for it, my conference shoes is now gathering dust - such beautiful pretty pink shoes that my feet now drowns in and when i try fitting it they just slip off my feet when i walk which is not only terrible but embarrasing. maybe it was my fault who knows but maybe the staff shoulve been aware of the brand and materials. the buttery soft leather stretches really easy and customers...

For those of us needing a larger pair of shoes its difficult if there aren't many choices out there .

The good news is I found a pair of shoes That I fell in love with Although slightly higher than what I would normally wear, And after a bit of rebalancing, from wearing flats I found stepping into them I could wear them but definately with a bit of practice at home L.o.l. I bought a pair of shoes recently and when I arrived home my partner confessed he had bought me a very similar pair for my upcoming birthday. I went back to the store literally 2 hours later and was unable to return the shoes.

I understand your generic store policy however you have clearly lost all compassion for your customers, flexibility and willingness to understand various individual situations as they arise.
