Came in today for a last minute gift before leaving tomorrow with only cash (as phone was left charging in hotel and I don't bring my card around).

South Asian man at the cash register plainly refused my cash saying they're closing soon. There was still more than 5 minutes before closing and I just needed $30 change. Explained my situation that I'm leaving tomorrow and don't currently have my phone with me. Still refused my cash and told me to rush back to my hotel to grab my phone and come back within a couple minutes to pay, when the current temp is -1°C.

What unreasonable customer service, who tells customers to rush back and forth in this weather? And instead of me running back to my hotel to grab my phone and come back within a few minutes why can't he just give me the $30 change when it takes seconds? These people are jerks, when we were in during the afternoon they said they were open until 11 pm, my wife and I went by at 10:52 and they had door locked, I gestured to my watch and clerk gestured they were closed. We had been in earlier and had picked out a good bit of stuff that we wanted to swoop in and purchase quickly on our way back to hotel for the evening...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to stand in the face of your customer behind a locked door before closing time .
