Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. I have been to 5 or 6 ATF’s, none were as poorly maintained and disgusting as this one. The walls are covered in crap, the machines are dirty, the bathrooms covered in water from people’s showers (poorly designed bathrooms), benches and machines upholstery is brittle and falling apart making it uncomfortable, and there is wires and crap everywhere to trip on. Communication and service at this gym are severely lacking, as many others have previously pointed out, especially when it comes to canceling or postponing your membership due to a broken arm injury. The staff, including managers Sophie and Sara, seem unwilling to address your concerns unless asked repeatedly and may even try to mislead you. Top notch gym. This is my 3rd gym I have been to over the past 10 or so years, and it has set a new standard for me. I never imagined a gym could be so well looked after. From the spacious and clean bathrooms/showers, to the equipment being in mint condition. This place is always so clean and well looked after. I Highly recommend Anytime Fitness on Constellation Drive to anyone who wants a top quality experience.
