Subway — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

Not a great experience, the food didn’t match our order.

We had two foot longs ordered. They got labeled incorrectly

Then my husband didn’t want any jalapeños in his one, but it was given with jalapeños and hardly any sauce

I have attached the order details and the photo of the food we got.

Not very useful staff either. This is our first time click and collect from this store. We had no idea we had to take our drink and no one told my husband. When we called and asked, we were told that we should pick up. How can we solve this?

Then we called them about the wrong ingredients in the subway. The bread was swapped without letting us be informed. And when I complained, the store staff tells me to retain it and bring it in tomorrow to swap it.

The whole idea of a takeaway is to sort that meal. So if I can’t have this for my dinner, why did I even have to place this order in the first place.

I had such an amazing experience thanks to the exceptional customer service I received on July 17 at 8:50pm. After a long evening at work, I was really looking forward to a good meal and arrived about 10 minutes before the store was due to close. It looked like the kitchen and till were set to close in just couple of minutes, so I honestly wouldn’t have minded if I’d been turned away. But the staff member warmly welcomed and took my order without hesitation. His kindness and willingness to serve a customer right at the end of the closing truly stood out and made a lasting impression. This thoughtful gesture turned my night around and made me feel genuinely valued. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this branch. Great eatery, always a winner if you want something fresh to eat with a great variety of either meat, chicken or vegetarian fillings. The variety of bread is really good. I have always had good interaction with the friendly staff and they all wear the proper safety gear to work on your food. Just remember that your vaccine pass is checked before you are served. They also have their freshly baked cookies on offer and when you buy your meal, you can have it as a single subway meal or enlarge it to a full meal which will include a drink.

Ample parking on the side and back of the building. Will definitely reccomend it to all new and old customers to keep on supporting them during these difficult times. Keep up the great service you provide, you are a...
