TANK Constellation Drive - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps — Restaurant in Upper Harbour

Waited almost half an hour to literally order, like at this point I haven't even ordered.

The lady working there works very very slow, it's actually really annoying. Not only for me but for the rest of the line too!

If you are in a rush, or if you need to be somewhere be prepared to wait as they only have one staff member on..... a lady had just walked in now and apparently been waiting for a while.

At this point, there's is a line of 4 people. I actually don't think it's the ladies fault who's working, TANK YOU NEED TO STAFF MORE PEOPLE ON!!!! Poor woman 🤦🏽‍♀️

I waited 40 minutes for a salad. I needed to leave so asked for my money back as the salad hadn’t been started. Poor guy was a trainee that had been left there to do everything and didn’t know how to process refunds so wrote on a receipt that we were owed a refund. When we finally went back to get our money back we were told that it’s not their issue and to call head office, unfortunately head office have purposely made it impossible to get in touch with them. Rude, disrespectful and arrogant staff. Despite three Visits over four weeks, staff have shown multiple times they are simply too busy to stop what they are doing to acknowledge the customer. To be dismissed by three staff members today was rude and disgusting behaviour and im sure it falls short of any customer expectation. I could accept it as a one off but three times in a month is beyond a joke and highlights the culture behind the counter. They simply don't care and I highly reccomend to...
