Wherever I go, I always look for a yoga studio. I’ve been practicing Hot Yoga for 10 years, and when I moved to Auckland a year ago, I was determined to find a place to continue my practice. I took three classes with Kristy at the introduction rate: yin 90, alignment, and a myofascial release yin. I'm only passing through, but Kristy took the effort to make me feel welcome.
