Top-notch customer service!

On delivery day, the bucket we left on our door front mysteriously disappeared and so our tree was left outside for several hours without water. Concerned about my tree, we sent their delivery staff a message the minute we got home and received this immediate, lovely reply: "Tree should be fine just get it into some water and all will be good. If anything goes wrong just let us know and we can replace it if it is damaged or dying."
