Triumph & Disaster — Local services in Waitematā

Shipped my goods to the wrong place, and then wouldn’t respond to any of my emails or online messages. Courier company confirmed that Triump & Disaster put the wrong address on the package (addressed it to somewhere 370 km from my address). I emailed the email address listed for support on the webpage on 23 June, 2 July, 20 July and 21 July, and messaged Triumph & Disaster via the online support chat function. No response to any of my emails or messages. I was forced to ask my credit card company to reverse the charge. Triump & Disaster after being asked to reverse the credit card charge then messaged me to say "we weren't aware this was never delivered". They only contacted me because the card company was going to charge them a $20 fee. I responded providing them with copies of all my emails and messages. Again no response from Triump & Disaster.
