What you see in the in the glass hot display cabinet is not what you get!... I asked the lady behind the counter what the large pork meal comes with she said 4 roast potatoes, one pumpkin, one. kumara, peas, roast pork, and crackling. I ordered one large portion to take away with extra crackling. Hello, when I got home, there were only 3 roast potatoes and no crackling with the meal. The pork was somewhat dry, and lack any seasoning,which I find unbelievable for a fatty meat.) The pumpkin and Kumara was like steamed. The best part of the meal were their peas. I guess boiling frozen peas, you really can't go wrong. Can you . Total meal price including $3 for extra crackling $ 25:00

10/10 for their Pork buns & popcorn chicken.

Drove through Glen eden and thought to give them a try. Heard they have delicious pork buns. Ordered 1 to try and couldn’t resist so bought another 5 to take home. Also their Popcorn chicken is super delicious, they are juicy diced thigh pieces that I had to buy 3x to take home also. Such a hidden gem with low prices and great food quality. My pictures aren’t the best but I had to take a photo before I devour it. Hehe.

Always a good roast pork crackle here. The chicken is fried and normally pretty good as well. Always very busy here. Looks dirty but really it is not, it's just the yellow decor which gives it that look. I've never gotten sick from eating here and never will. Go to is the medium roast pork and the chicken with potatoes. The lamb is also good too but I like the crackle. They do lots of different combos as well for budget minded people. Seating inside only, no toilets that I know of and plenty of parking...
