Got caught up and forgotten in a horrible queuing system. Where i had to wait for almost 30 mins to talk an employee and also had watch other people arriving after me get help way before me. Upon delivery of my product to service for the second time since the original purchase of an minimac which has had problems with it from the get go. I delivered set item and everything went problemfree. Fast forward a few weeks and i get in reply that my machine has been diagnosed and that its working slow and needs something updated internally like a disk or ssd drive etc also a list of prices almost similar to the products original price. I find this outrageous they didnt adress the problem which had reoccurred and their policy is actually to reimburse a new full functioning products if the item has been in to service twice or morw for the same issue within the guaranteed period. If called back uo and was given many generic protocol answers and no immediate respone to my inquiry only a recommendation to complain about it in writing. I also was given alot of answers on matter the customer servant coule know nothing about. They were basically talking as if they knew about the issue fully and there was nothing more they can do which is total bs. There is a law apllicable to when you buy items and have been given faulty products which you have to spend large amount and energy to maybe get an reimbursement if you wre lucky. The store seem to want to avoid this and make it as difficult as possible for a customer to claim this guarantee which is given upon purchase of an apple product. I am very sceptical of these practices and i dont think things would have been dealt with in this matter at an official apple store. Something that strangely enoygh does not exist in this country because of rules and regulations.. This makes it a monopoluzed market for eplehuset and they dont even have to be held to Apple stores same standard. Feels like they are leasing a franchise name and products. And make money of the margins. Thats my take on it after my experience.. Been buying apple my whole life and never encounteted an issue like this before now. Suoer unprofessional and worthy of strong criticism...
Read moreWorst experience. I changed my iPhone battery from here at 799 NOK. They told me that it has 3 months warranty. It's now clear that they put the faulty battery in my phone. In less than a month, it degraded from 100% capacity to 93% capacity, and it was draining fast. I went there with this complaint but they told me that it's not a battery issue but the software issue. I asked, at what point they decide that the problem is with hardware? They told me that they will run some tests, and if "they think" that test results are OK, they will not change the battery and I have to pay 399 NOK for the tests. They just refused to agree that rapid degradation and rapid draining is battery issue, and asked me to factory reset and come back after few days if the problem persists. I told them that I need to return to my home country in couple of days, and don't have the time for this experiment, but they still refused to change the battery. Now I am back in my home country, and within a week the battery got swollen, the screen popped out from edges, and as per apple showroom here, my phone is damaged beyond repair. They told me that if the battery was immediately replaced, then this problem would not have occurred. Now, I don't have any choice but to replace my phone ... just because the genius at this shop thinks that rapid degradation and rapid draining is not a...
Read moreProbably my worst experience, makes me really consider selling my iPad pro, airpod pro and max and macbook pro.
First of all I had issues with butterfly keyboard, surprise surprise, went to the store and received the response that I had warranty, ok great. Left it the 9th February, but 10(!) Days later they contacted me to say I didn't have warranty but they could check what's wrong for 100 EUR, but it is the keyboard but sure, so when your find out it's the keyboard how much do you charge? 1000 EUR plus 100 EUR for the control.
Well that's worth more than my computer from 2017, it's ridiculous but luckily Apple are so nice to take it as trade-in for 0 EUR, you get nothing for it and i vet they don't keep any parts right?...
I'll pick it up I said, but oh they sent it to another place even through they perform services, without checking the warranty... Well then send it back right away, 5 days later I received it after asking times when it would arrive.
No seriously would never return, especially if I ever consider getting an Mac ever again.
Go to iHospital, if your need repair, they prefer to clean it for roughly 1500-2000 or a replacement for 3500. Such a solid place, though, I'm not sure I will stay with Apple for...
