Very rude staff that was severing up to three customers at a time. Also replied to my e-mail that I should come into the store. There they only told me that a technician needs to see the problem first to decide is covered by warranty. This procedure takes 5-7 days (!!) with no replacement machine offered (one cannot work on the ones they have as they do not copy the hard drive and one cannot install anything). Cannot recommend, they are not a serious shop and do not care about their customers in the slightest. Ordered a Mac Mini M4 1. December and it never arrived, despite them receiving several shipments of this Mac during this time! I got several products in this shop last Christmas, as I’m not from Norway I asked for the tax free from Global Blue. The employees doesn’t know much about it, the discount isn’t 25%, actually is around 17%. But the worst happened in the airport.
