More expensive than promised prices, didn't get notified when the development was done and had to call them 2 weeks later.

Got charged extra for a damaged roll. (asked them to discard if unrecoverable, but still charged me extra for unusable roll) got 2 rolls of film that's not mine and claimed it's right. I got a roll of family photos who's not my family, second roll I got baby photos (I don't have kids)

Doesn't accept returns or any kind of comoensation, even tho it's not stated anywhere. (I was also sold a wrong 8mm film and was just asked to buy a new camera)

Overall poor service and more pricey than the given prices you see at the store and online.

Honestly a disgrace and waste of time and money. Can't recommend going here, they don't give two Fs about you, only your money. Wasted 3400kr here. Don't repeat my mistake, and stay far from this sorry excuse...

This is an actual genuine photo store! Does all kinds of film developing, scanning and prints (both optical and digital). The people who work here know the topic and I've had several helpful phone calls with them. When i first started doing large formats, they even helped me put up with stuff like bringing light tight boxes for me. My only gripe would be the price. But you get what...

Went in to get a passport picture. It was nice that they asked what passport I needed it for, since there are different formats. The final picture and print came out good as expected. The only downside was that I had to wait 45+ minutes for what was meant to take 10 minutes, and I had to go ask what was holding the print up. Just a tip for the workers here, let the customer know for delays - I wasn’t in a rush, but...
