I've been here many times but this time after a while. Their buffet and hi tea is too good all the times I've had it although I had it many years ago but it's one of my go to places for buffet. Food is always fresh and good quality. This time we had Ala carte due to timings. Red snapper had a very good sauce and gravy. Was made very well. The pizza was a good gourmet pizza but too bland for my liking. Quality was good. Maybe if they had served red chilly with it I would have liked it more. It was their Tuscany special pizza. The spicy Alfredo pasta was very tasty and spicy just the way I wanted but it was overly thick and not saucy enough. Like it didn't seem like white sauce it just seemed like thick cream. Tjis made it too heavy and compromised on the taste too. Same thing happened with the cream of chicken soup. It was too thick cream. Although the taste of tjis soup was still very good. The complimentary garlic bread and flat bread was also a good addition to the meal. The Thai soup I had was pretty decent. I prefer not to have Chinese food from a continental restaurant but this one was not bad. Last item was jalapeños and cheese sauce chicken. Thar was my favorite but I wish they improved serving size. All in all it was a good experience. I was a bit upset that I didn't get a table inside but that's because they were fully booked. They didn't give us any table that was booked although they weren't used. That shows their commitment to...
Read moreI recently organized my monthly team dinner at this place and opted for a hi-tea slot. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming, especially when it came to the food. To begin with, the honey wings were a major letdown—hard and almost inedible, as if they had been cooked a day or two prior. The prawns were average at best, and the broast wings were extremely dry, leaving much to be desired. The Chinese food offered a slight improvement but still lacked variety, making it hard to fully enjoy the meal. The one bright spot was the pizza, which was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the spread. However, a single great dish couldn't make up for the overall disappointment of the rest. None of my team members were particularly happy with the food, and I felt quite embarrassed by the quality. I would strongly recommend that they stop serving leftovers for hi-tea if they want to keep customers coming back. On a positive note, our table was in a less-than-ideal location, feeling more like it was in a corridor than a dining area, which detracted from the experience. Still, the staff were extremely cooperative, friendly, and professional, so I’ll give them a solid 5 stars for service. We had a decent time, but with better food and more attention to detail, it could have been a truly...
Read moreSeriously such a big and expensive disappointment. The lower more 'aesthetic' level was reserved for hi tea and for ala carte customers was a small dingy room literally filled with people. So overcrowded and congested. It was so noisy. The ambience didn't match the price tag at all. The staff was always in a hurry and almost rude in response to our queries.
The food was the biggest disappointment of it all. We could've compromised on the ambience and staff of the food was worth it but I swear it was so bland. We ordered the lasagne and couldn't finish it. Their 'spicy' jalapeno steak was 2 small pieces of chicken breasts that you could get in any small restaurant. Honestly I've had better chicken steak in local restaurants for half the price.
On top of it, the table besides our found a hair in their mashed potatoes and their stuffed chicken was raw. Literally wanted to throw up. 🤢
Seriously I don't get what the hype is about and what the heck's wrong with all those people posting pictures about Tuscany.
I'm so disappointed I had to post this comment smh.
If you're a wannabe bougie person who wants to post pictures of yourself in a 'fancy' place, eating 'fancy' food and don't care about the actual dining experience or the food quality or hygiene or service, then this place is...
