Belau Eco Glass — Local services in Koror

We had such a fabulous time at the Balau Eco Glass making a glass today with our fantastic tutors and expert craftspeople. They were all super friendly, supportive and helpful.

They use old beer bottles like Corona and repurpose it into beautiful new pieces with the addition of some coloured glass. Truly talented craftspeople who also sell their wares in the shop at the back.

Wonderful place to buy a unique and delicate souvenir! It looks like an industrial space but just pop in and ask to see the shop and someone will let you in. They had a selection of cups, vases, jewelry, and miscellaneous art items when I went. The woman helping me at the shop wrapped my items up nicely in eco-friendly paper "bubble wrap" and they survived the plane ride back just fine. This is a really cool project that I was...
