I stayed on the first floor with one bed. Their rooms don’t have TV but that may be okay for some who doesn’t care. The WiFi on first floor was better than third floor where I moved to. Almost no WiFi on third floor. There are no electrical outlets to plug in hair dryer even though they provide a hair dryer (I brought my own). The shower on third floor is ceramic floor so it’s very slippery. They provided shampoo and body wash. The towel is very thin so you may want to bring your own. Air con was cold. They provided a refrigerator in the rooms. But what I do love about the place is they provide a common area for guests to sit and read a book. They provide instant coffee every morning and drinking water that you can fetch in your bottle. Their kitchen is complete with dishes and utensils. They have a toaster oven and microwave oven. They have a two burner stove and a full-size refrigerator. I think they even have a rice cooker. So if you’d like to cook while away from home, this place would work for you. They have two washers and two dryers and it’s $2 each to use the washer and dryer. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kitchen is kept clean and tidy all the time. The parking can be a bit of a challenge because they are narrow and small, and sometimes you have tour vans picking up guests to go scuba diving. The price is competitive and reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. One more thing, there was a dog in the parking lot that kept barking at 4 AM. The hotel said it’s not their dog, he belongs to the neighbors. Front desk is pretty much open 24 hours. If nobody is there, you just ring a bell and someone promptly attends to you. Oh and construction was going on next-door, which was annoying. And they did provide a safe and dustpan and clothes hangers. One more thing, I love the desk and chair they provide in each room. I was able to get some work done. Also there’s a smoking area for smokers outside the rooms in their little patios. And I didn’t smell any smoke in the rooms. All in all, I would rate it a 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5. I would stay there again.

Amazing hotel for the price! The staff were very friendly and checked us in even though we arrived around 4AM. There are always towels readily available at the counter, perfect when doing any water activities during the day. Free tea and coffee was a nice touch. Place is always clean and has free wifi in the cozy lounge area. We were VERY impressed by the cleaning lady. We came back to an immaculate room everyday with lovely towels made in the shape of different animals and a nicely done up bed. Free hair and body wash was provided too. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable option in Palau!

Enjoyed my stay here, everything went well. Staff were very friendly, airport transfers were arranged efficiently & the room was well equipped with a wardrobe, fridge, AC & WiFi (which was free of additional charge). The only thing you are maybe compromising on slightly here is location, as it's approaching the fringes of town (but still a relatively busy area). But it didn't bother me to walk 10-15 minutes into town each time because there was always a lot of spare time in the days. Another benefit is that it's about 30 metres off the main road, so was always pretty quiet. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller.

I’ll come out and just say it, I rather liked this place. It’s nothing fancy, but my room was comfortable, the bed was fine, the shower worked well, and so did the air conditioner.

You should know that there is no restaurant at the hotel and no food service there. They do have a pretty good kitchen where you can cook your own food, and the kitchen is clean and well-equipped. There is a large refrigerator there, plus a small refrigerator in the room. It’s great for self-sufficient traveling.

If you want restaurants, there are several decent ones within easy walking distance. The hotel has a self-serve coffee and tea set up for guests.

The transfer from the airport was a fair price, the staff was very friendly, and the location was quiet and convenient.

Please know that Palau in general is not cheap. Nothing in Palau is inexpensive. So the price to quality ratio with DW, given the local price structure of everything, was good.

I thought the hotel and experience was just fine. Aside from weak internet in my room (thought it was good in the lobby), I have...
