2nd time I've eaten here.
1st time was with an friend several months ago, and we ordered dishes to eat with fried rice and dumplings. All were tasty.
2nd time I went solo because I wanted to try their beef noodle soup. Their noodles are "homemade" and very good and are refillable if the standard serving is not enough. The beef was tender, including tendon. The broth was good but lacked some flavors/ingredients I was expecting, like five spice and cilantro (it's hard to get cilantro in Palau, but culantro is locally grown). Overall, a decent meal, especially with a hangover. I'll probably come back again to try the spicy pork noodle soup.
The chef is nice, he came out and spoke to me the 1st visit, as I wanted to ask about the soup dumplings that are popular at the Guam location but are no longer available in the Palau location. Unfortunately, they never caught on with the locals and does not sell enough to make regular batches of, as they do not freeze or keep for very long.
Overall, pretty good food and I would...

They also serve chili oil and vinegar...
Read moreI’m so disappointed in this place. The first time I went, the noodles were good. The boss was kind of rude to his staff. So I went back, the second time the food quality was not as good. The boss was treating his staff like a slave and then while eating, he got on top of a table, barefoot with disgusting feet to fix something in the window after which I didn’t see him wipe the table at all, and people came in and sat down and ate at it. Hygiene is not a thing...
