"This company is absolutely amazing! We had the pleasure of experiencing two fantastic tours with them: the 2-DAY TOUR: SACRED VALLEY AND MACHU PICCHU BY TRAIN, as well as the Rainbow Mountain tour. Our communication with Jhordy via WhatsApp was excellent, and we met up with him the night before at the hotel lobby for a briefing. He provided us with invaluable advice in Cusco, and it felt like we were talking to a close friend.

We also had the privilege of having Sebastian as our driver from Cusco airport to the hotel, and he was exceptional. Although he didn't speak much English, he was punctual and waiting for us outside the airport doors. The following day, Sebastian continued to impress us as he drove us to Sacred Valley and the city where we boarded the train (Ollantaytambo). He did an incredible job, ensuring our safety throughout the journey.

During our Sacred Valley tour and the stops leading up to the Machu Picchu train, Justino served as our knowledgeable and attentive guide. He took excellent care of us and provided us with fascinating historical information. Additionally, Justino kindly captured beautiful photos of us along the way.

Afterward, we ventured to Aguas Calientes on our own via the train. Upon arrival, a hotel representative was waiting to pick us up, and the hotel was only a 5-minute walk away. While the hotel they provided wasn't the best, with old rooms and noise from the hallway, and lacking hot water and clean bed sheets, that was the only downside of our trip. Apart from that, everything else was perfect!

Next, we met Jordan, our guide for Machu Picchu. He possessed an extensive knowledge of the area and provided us with a detailed history of this magnificent site. We were able to explore the mountain at a leisurely pace, taking breaks whenever needed, and never feeling rushed. Jordan also took numerous photos for us along the way, ensuring our satisfaction.

The Rainbow Mountain tour was equally fantastic. Although I cannot recall the name of our tour guide, he took excellent care of us as well. Despite being the last ones to board the bus after trekking down the mountain, he patiently waited for us. Job well done!

I will definitely choose this company again when I return to Peru. They took exceptional care of us, and we felt incredibly safe throughout...

Just came back from Peru and had THE MOST AMAZING TIME with the tour organised by Fly Cusco! The tour was the one called "Skylodge and Machu Picchu Tour" which included Andean Weavers and Alpacas, Salt mines, Moray and Ollantaytambo Inca sites, Sky Lodge Adventure, Zip line, Ollantaytambo, Trip on train with onboard entertainment, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu (route #2) and return to Cusco. I cannot explain how fantastic this tour was! To begin with, it was just me and my dad, I expected there to be more people but Fly Cusco is different from other companies and makes it a special experience just for you. So many people are involved in driving you around, picking you up from train station, etc, it really is a full service! Everything was organised, most tickets pre-purchased and one great buffet lunch included (40 dishes to choose from or try them all). The Skylodge overnight stay was the most unique experience ever, I absolutely adored it! And Machu Picchu itself, WOW, there are no words, it is just magical! Make sure you ask them for a 6am visit to avoid too many tourists, most of our photos seem to be empty, it was a perfect time to go! And if the morning is misty..... that's even better! We did the 2 day tour of Cusco with train to Machu Picchu. Jhorgy was a great communicator by email. He was always very prompt to respond and had great info. Our driver, "Ronnie" and person tour guide, Efran or Effy, were amazing! Effy knows so MUCH history and you can tell this was personal for him. They took extreme pride in teaching us history for the Incas and the pre-incas. Ronnie was a very safe driver the entire trip. All of our itinerary was carefully and meticulously packaged together. Effy was so patient and flexible. His own kids are close in age to our children and we could tell. He truly looked after all of us, but especially them. He carried their jackets when they got hot. He sat with them in the bus. He scolded them (politely) when the touched things they shouldn't. He taught them how to purchase items and how to turn down purchases. Just all around a great time!
